Because most of my jewelry is personalized I can not accept returns unless there was a stamping or spelling mistake on my part. Please double check your spelling and information before placing your order-once your order is placed I do not accept cancellations or give refunds if you change your mind or have a mistake after you place your order. I ONLY OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IF THERE WAS AN ERROR ON MY PART!

I do offer a 30 day chain repair guarantee. If your clasp or chain breaks in the first 30 days of purchase I will repair or replace with no charge to you. After the 30 days I do charge a small fee to repair or replace chains. Please understand our chains are very delicate and dainty so care must be taken when worn. I do understand accidents happen so I do everything I can to help you out!
Returns will not be accepted from misuse of my pieces (wearing in water, getting lotions or oils on jewelry, excessive roughness).
