We use high quality metals that are meant to last for years but care of your jewelry is important to keep your jewelry looking its best!

Cleaning your 14k gold filled and sterling silver jewelry is simple! You can either use a sunshine polish cloth or pro polish pad (both found in our add on section of the website) or clean with mild soap and water - make sure you pat dry with a soft cloth after!

To prevent tangles make sure you clasp your jewelry before storing when not being worn.

Storage of your jewelry is very important to keep it looking beautiful. Don't leave your jewelry sitting out in open air if you don't plan on wearing it for a while - this is especially important with sterling silver jewelry. Storing in an air tight container (a Ziploc bag works great) will help slow down the oxidation process of sterling silver pieces.

Limit your jewelry's exposure to chemicals, chlorine, lotion, and perfumes as it can wear down your piece faster. When wearing our everlasting jewelry 24/7 take care to not spray harsh chemicals directly onto your jewelry and wash with soap and water as soon as you can after to keep it looking shiny and beautiful!

No! We use 14k gold filled, 14k rose gold filled, and .925 sterling silver which are nickel-free metals.

Every item is made to order in my home studio. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to be created before it's shipped. Once it ships it can take 3-7 business days to arrive, it all depends on USPS shipping times!

I ship all domestic orders via USPS first class. You can upgrade shipping when you check out to priority shipping which is 2-3 days shipping time (this does not speed up the production I make your piece just the shipping time once it leaves my possession).

Insurance is available for an additional charge-message me before ordering so I can invoice you for additional costs. I can not be held responsible for packages once they leave my possession so I encourage you to purchase insurance in case of loss or damage once shipped. 

Please make sure your address matches up to your paypal address before you submit your order! 

In my cases, yes! You can message me before placing your order to see if I am able to complete your item within your needed timeframe. A small fee is charged to rush your order.

Yes! We stand behind our high quality jewelry! Chain and clasp defects do happen so we offer a 60 day warranty,

Depending on the design of your piece I offer a-la-carte discs to add on. If you had a piece that needs redone please message me for pricing and info.
