Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for any issues. You can start your return below or contact us and we will be happy to walk you through the process.
Please note original shipping costs are not refundable.
For personalized pieces, we can not accept returns for full refunds unless there was a stamping or spelling error on our part. Please double check all information prior to placing your order to ensure it is personalized correctly and avoid mistakes.
When returning an item please package it carefully in bubble wrap or a padded mailer and tape your chain down so it arrives back to us tangle free!
Returns will be processed within 1 week of receipt.
Order the wrong size? Didn't get the metal color you wanted? We can take care of that for you! Whether you need a different ring size or chain length we will work to make it perfect for you. You can exchange unworn (except for trying it on of course!), like-new condition items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Any failure in quality or workmanship under normal use is warranted to be free from defects for 60 days. Please contact us right away if your piece has a defect or breaks within our warranty period.
